Industrial Vacuum Truck Services: Lift Stations, Sludge Pits, and Large-Diameter Lines

What a high-capacity industrial vacuum fleet actually does — and why manufacturing, municipal, and port operators across NWI keep us on retainer.

The job a standard service van can't take

Industrial sewer and waste work — lift stations, sludge pits, storm-drain catch basins on a 20-acre lot, large-diameter mains, wash-bay sumps — needs a different fleet. Our high-capacity commercial vacuum trucks pull thousands of gallons per load, with spill-free fittings, manifest documentation, and DOT-compliant disposal.

Where we run this fleet

  • Manufacturing sludge pits and wash bays across the Hammond, Gary, and Portage industrial corridors
  • Lift stations for municipal and private operators across Lake County and Porter County, Indiana
  • Catch basins and storm structures on retail, logistics, and port properties — including the US-30, Broadway, and US-20 corridors
  • Large-diameter sewer mains with combined hydro jetting and vacuum recovery
  • Preventative maintenance contracts for properties that can't afford an unscheduled shutdown

What's on the truck

  • Multi-size industrial tankers — small enough for tight property access, big enough for full lift station pump-outs
  • Wet & dry vacuum capability
  • Spill-free fittings and continuous-duty pumps
  • OSHA-trained crews, DOT-compliant fleet, current MSDS on every truck
  • Non-hazardous disposal at licensed facilities, with the manifest delivered before we leave the gate

How we schedule it

Most of our industrial accounts run on a monthly, quarterly, or seasonal contract. One point of contact, net-30 invoicing, and disposal manifests routed to your environmental compliance officer.
