FAQ
Common questions.
If your question isn't here, just call. We'd rather answer it on the phone than make you read.
General
- Yes. A real person — usually the owner — answers the phone day or night. We don't use an answering service. Office hours are 6am–4pm; after that, including weekends and holidays, calls are billed at the emergency rate.
By service
Hydro Jetting
- No — when matched to the pipe material and condition. We camera the line first and choose the right PSI. Old, deteriorated cast iron may not be a candidate; we'll tell you on-site before we run the jet.
Camera Inspection
- Yes. The camera head has a built-in transmitter; we walk above-ground with a locator and mark the exact spot, including the depth.
Power Rodding
- Rodding clears them today; jetting with a root-cutting nozzle gets them cleaner; a camera shows where roots enter so you can plan a permanent repair (liner or spot replacement). We do all three.
Grease Trap Cleaning
- Most municipalities require pumping when the trap reaches 25% capacity. For high-volume kitchens that's monthly; for cafes and bars it's often quarterly. We track it for you.
Vacuum Services
- No — we handle non-hazardous wet and dry industrial waste. For hazardous waste we'll refer you to a licensed hazmat hauler.
Catch Basin Cleaning
- Most properties go annually; high-traffic retail and food-service lots benefit from twice a year. We can inspect and recommend a schedule.
Emergency Sewer Service
- Yes. Office hours are 6am–4pm. Anything after that — including weekends and holidays — is billed at the emergency rate.
Commercial Drain Cleaning
- Yes — that's most of our commercial work. Monthly grease trap pumping, quarterly jetting, annual catch basin clean-outs. We build the calendar around your operations.
