HD Sewer Camera Inspection across NW Indiana & Chicagoland
We send a self-leveling HD camera down the line, walk you through what we see, and document the root cause on video.
What it is
A waterproof, self-leveling color camera is pushed through the sewer line so you can see exactly what's going on inside the pipe — cracks, roots, separations, bellies, grease buildup, or foreign objects. A locator transmitter on the camera head pinpoints the depth and the spot on the ground above the issue.
When you need it
- Buying or selling a home — most lenders now require a sewer scope
- Recurring clogs with no obvious cause
- Before a hydro jet to confirm pipe condition
- Suspected root intrusion or pipe separation
- Insurance / warranty documentation
Our process
- 1Locate the cleanout or pull a toilet to access the line
- 2Push the camera the full length and record HD video
- 3Show you the screen live as we go — every defect, marked
- 4Use the locator to mark the exact spot above ground
Camera Inspection — common questions
- Yes. The camera head has a built-in transmitter; we walk above-ground with a locator and mark the exact spot, including the depth.
